Les comento mi situacion:
Tengo una tarjeta FXO X101P de Digitnetworks la cual estoy queriendo montar sobre un Trixbox 2.6 pero que me da 1millon de problemas, he hecho lo siguiente principalmente:
1.- modprobe zaptel, modprobe wcfxo, ztcfg -vvv , y obtengo:
Zaptel Version: 1.4.10.1
Echo Canceller: OSLEC

con lo cual el zttool me dice que esta OK y sin alarmas y puede decirse que el sistema la ha reconocido. El problema es que mientras se esta generando el zaptel.conf (x la generacion de los modulos zaptel y wcfxo) el servicio asterisk se detiene y cuando lo reinicio me da:
asterisk dead but subsys locked
el servicio asterisk no puede ser reiniciado de ninguna manera, la unica opcion es hacer un genzaptelconf -su (unload de los modulos zaptel), con lo cual uso asterisk sin PSTN o muero en el intento.
He tratado tambien con los comandos setup-pstn, genzaptelconf -s -d pero con llego siempre al mismo resultado.. pOR fAvOr su ayuuuuda jeje.. gracias foro

nunca he usado tribox , pero en ves de generar el zaptel porque mejor no te lo haces mano ..
Muestranos tu
Muestranos tu /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf para tener una idea mas clara y poder ayudarte de manera efectiva.
Trata de reproducir el error, pero echandole una mirada al log. Habilita el debub en
/etc/asterisk/logger.confy haz untail -f /var/log/asterisk/fully muestranos el error que hace que asterisk "se muera".-----

1.- al tener la tarjeta solo puesta en el pci (sin ejecutar comandos de configuracion)

6.- tail -f /var/log/asterisk/full

1. You only have to compile Zaptel support into Asterisk if you need it. One option is to recompile without Zaptel support.

3. If you need Zaptel services, you must correctly configure Zaptel.

Tienes que descargar zaptel,
Tienes que descargar zaptel, compilarlo y también compilar nuevamente asterisk habilitando el canal zap.

Gracias RaZa.. pero al decirme que compile asterisk, te refieres a bajar el .tar y darle un make??.. Ojo que ya tengo mi trixbox 2.6 corriendo sin otro problema mas que el del fxo.
