proftpd-mysql 530 Login incorrect

Saludos a todo espero me puedan ayudar estoy configurando un vps para unos 5 dominios que quiero almacenar lo cual solo me falta el proftpd tengo un dominio asignado a la ip de mi servidor con este dominio no hay problema accesa al ftp todo bien , pero tengo mas dominios donde le creo la cuenta ftp y no ingresa me sale el error 530 Login incorrect mi archivo proftp es el siguiente :
